Our reps are given many opportunities to engage with customers in a personal sales capacity as well as business-to-business sales. This takes the form of gameday sales on college campuses, custom cigar pitches to businesses, and even chances to build and develop wholesale (cigar store) clientele. Further, they receive constant opportunities to interact with top management and influence internal operations, a level of hands-on activity that is rarely found in most collegiate internships. We pride ourselves on offering a comprehensive look at how a business runs, not simply sequestering students to menial and tedious tasks.
In addition to the great experience and resume building, our reps receive very competitive commissions on the cigars they sell, well above industry average. The commission structure is complemented by bonuses, incentive trips, and, of course, free cigars!
